We’re a small family farm that is located in Central Vermont, in the beautiful Town of Barre. Growing garlic began as a hobby, and over decades, has turned into a passionate mission to share our garlic with everyone.
We specialize in growing the highest quality, most flavorful, hardneck garlic. Our farm family believes that healthy plants come from healthy soil, and we use only naturally occurring fertilizers and amendments in this process.

offering local, quality garlic products. We are committed to the environment and to our customers by producing conventional, naturally grown garlic products.
We strive to care for you and the environment we live in. All mushrooms and ingredients for our dishes are considered for healthy living and without preservatives, growth hormones, ad as close to the source as possible. Our containers are made of eco materials, without plastic and we try to recycle as much of our own waste as we can.

No added preservativees will be found in any of the things we bake and we strive to source our ingredients locally using farmers and growers who practice the purest growing initiatives. We allow our mushrooms to take their time and we practice old world European traditions and techniques to make the very best dishes.

Twice a year the company is attended by advanced specialists in the field of mushrooming for continuous professional growth of employees and improvement of product quality. Great attention is paid to hygiene as cleanness at the mushroom complex is a pledge of success. The enterprise is equipped by the equipment of leading world companies: "Christians Group", "Alpi "," Fancom ", " YORK ", etc., uses the advanced production technology.

DRY
The drying of mushrooms depends on the specific place of gathering, region, transportation features and technical capabilities of the mushroom picker. Every experienced mushroom hunter has his own, spent years methods for drying mushrooms and uses them. However, for the overall development, you can familiarize yourself with our guidelines, you may be able to learn something new or long-forgotten old, but useful.

We got our mushroom kit as a Christmas present from a friend and were very curious when it arrived. It was awesome. My 6 & 7 year old sons loved misting the tent & watching for growth every day. It was so easy to care for. We even left for a few days and came back to our first growth.
